I struggled at first with coming up with an idea on how to create kaleidoscope imagery and shapes. Then I came across an App called PicsArt Kaleidoscope which acts as a tool so you can draw your own kaleidoscope images.
These are some of the ones I made:
I then transferred the files into Photoshop, edited out the background and then began experimenting with animating them in AfterEffects.
